Jaleh K. Ostovar, CCRC, MSN, FNP-C

Jaleh Ostovar has been working in the health care industry for over 25 years and has been a member of our practice since 2002. She received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health Sciences University. At the Western University of Health Sciences she received her Masters in Nursing and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree.

She is nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of AANP, AAAAI, and ACAAI. Jaleh is also a certified clinical research coordinator, a certified asthma educator, and a member of ACRP. Jaleh has 2 children and 3 grandchildren and her hobbies include ballroom dancing, traveling, golf, and gourmet cooking for friends and family.

Jennifer Milligan, PA-C

Jennifer Milligan received her degree in biology at the La Roche College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1992. She then went on to Physician Assistant School at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. , earning her degree in 1996. She is NCCPA Board Certified with honors and licensed in the State of Oregon.

Jennifer has been an active certified Physician Assistant since 1996, practicing in Maryland and California before joining the team at Allergy and Asthma Center of Southern Oregon in 2000.

Our Medical Assistants

Our medical assistants are trained and continuously educated in allergy and asthma care by Dr. Kerwin and Dr. Parks. They take vitals, perform allergy skin testing, patch testing, lung function testing, and administer allergen extract injections, and help educate patients on allergen avoidance and prescribed medications.
